How did I get here?

A journey through a world of design and learning (mostly through life experience)

My name is Tasha, I grew up in suburban Aurora, Colorado. I've been crafty ever since I could use my hands, starting out with glitter glue and paper towels. I have known the art of crochet for more than 15 years, beadwork for over 7 years, and knitting for about 2 years.

I've gone to several schools and colleges over the years to study graphic design. I have taken several classes just to find out that I would be miserable in that field, i.e. biology. I have a passion for learning and am always on to the next project.

Life has changed drastically in the recent years. I married the love of my life. We briefly owned a small local print shop but the COVID economy took us out. After recouping, we found that it was easier to network and have business online rather than a brick and mortar. I kept my CO2 laser engraver from the print shop and now fill my Etsy shop with all the beautiful pieces I can come up with.

Once we found out I was pregnant, we decided that my husband would keep working full time while I work from home. Now I can take care of this beautiful baby girl and work on my ever-growing list of projects!
